This handset meets the TIA-1083 standard for hearing aid compatibility. It is designed to work well with a hearing aid, reducing noise.

Power Back-Up Operation
The base unit gets temporary power supply from 2 AAA batteries during power outage. This allows you to make and receive calls using the handset or the base unit even when the power is out.

The Noise Reduction feature of the handset suppresses background noise around the caller while simultaneously enhancing their voice, making it easier to hear.
Talking Caller ID
This feature allows you to hear who is calling. Using text to speech technology, the caller's name is announced between rings.
